At the last MIOFF 2017 exhibition, Qubo3
held a functional workshop of group training programs #OliveRivolution under the guidance of master trainers Alessandro Oliveri and Anastasia Poletayeva, presenting the next update of training program.
This time, the participants became acquainted not only with the main phase of the sequence, which includes functional exercises for various muscle groups, but also with a hitch, which is very convenient to carry out with a Qubo b in the format of relaxing massage and Pilates. It's no secret that training on the development of functional strength and balance using unstable surfaces is one of the most striking trends in modern fitness.
Qubo3 has not been an exception and together with the international presenter, the Italian Fitness Federation and the owner of many prestigious awards (fitness instructor certificate ENDAS-CONI, fitness instructor certificate AFAA, fitness instructor certificate REEBOK, best italian fitness presenter, etc.), developed a program of progressive workouts #OliveRivolution. The basic part of the program consists of 8 different sequences (8-10 exercises each), each of which is easily transformed into a full-fledged lesson of 45-60 minutes. #OliveRivolution was developed taking into account the level of physical fitness, so the sequences are complex in exercise and degree of exercise, and classes can be conducted in mini-groups or in the format of a full-fledged class.
